Here’s the deal:

I am passionate about forever learning how to best how to show up responsibly. And in my opinion, that means dedicating time and resources to trainings and programs for Race, Gender, and LGBTQIA+.

I want to make sure you NEVER have to wonder about where I stand with my values.

Below you’ll find my backgrounds and structures for trauma, Gender and LGBTQIA, Anti-Racism, and Equity. You’ll be shown how I infuse these teachings into my work, and also credit to the teachers I learned it all from.

Trauma-Informed

My Trauma Background:

  • Completed the Creating Safer Space program by Shelby Leigh
  • Completed a trauma-informed space holding course with Sweigh Spilkin
  • Received intensive trauma-informed training and approaches in the VITA Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching Program with Layla Martin
  • Trauma 101 with Allie Lerner
  • Somatic coping for Stress with Andrea Glik, LMSW
  • Currently continuing my own trauma embodiment work with Trauma Integration coach, Cornelia Scott
  • Trauma-informed approach in Psychosexuality with Dr. Saida Desilets
  • Gender & Sexual Identity

    Gender & Sexual Identity

All in all, if these teachings resonate with you, regardless of your genitals or gender identity, this space is for you. But I want to be sure you know what these teachings center so you can be fully informed and feel into if it is a good fit for you or not!

Here's The Specifics to Feel Into:

My work comes from my own lense - and is catered towards women and people who have the lived experience of being socialized or perceived as women, including people of non-binary, trans, or gender non-conforming experiences, as long as they are cool with and are interested in the following: My work is centered on the conditioning that many women, and people who are socialized or perceived as women, grew up with and have. This includes the experiences of trans men that might still carry that conditioning. I want to be clear that as a cis-gendered woman, I can speak from that experience, and I’ve had training in how to best serve and hold space for trans and GNC people, and am always continuing that work. I have studied with Tailor Rae and their Queering Eros program to continue my education.

I am devoted and committed to anti-racism work.
